<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent splashing of water by forming a counter in a rising/falling possible state without increasing an interval between a faucet metal fitting and the counter for placing a wash basin, to make the wall surface of a washing place simple and well ordered by preventing the exposure of the faucet metal fitting etc., and to use the faucet metal fitting even when the counter is stood. <P>SOLUTION: The unit is provided with: a cover member 4 for covering the faucet metal fitting 3 provided on a wall surface 2 on the side of a washing place 1; and the counter 9 for placing the wash basin 8 which is provided at a position lower than the cover member 4 to receive water flowing out from the faucet metal fitting 3. This counter 9 is provided in a state where rising/falling operation in front and rear directions is possible through a pivotally attaching part 10 on a deep side. The water pipe part 3b of the faucet metal fitting 3 having a water discharging port 3c at a tip is projected forward beyond the lower end of the front end face 4b of the cover member 4.
