<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress booming noise occurring when an engine is operated. <P>SOLUTION: When a drive request power P* comes within a booming noise area, the history of a drive request power P* is determined (step S140), the target power Pe of the engine is set to a threshold Pl, which is the lower limit value of the power in the booming noise area, or a threshold PH, which is the upper limit value, according to the determined history (step S150), and the target rotational speed Ne* and the target torque Te* of the engine are set based on the set target power Pe (step S160).
