GENE EXPRESSION DATA MANAGING AND DISPLAYING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for visually and clearly managing and displaying the large quantity of gene expression data obtained by using a plurality of DNA chips. SOLUTION: Types of the DNA chips are displayed in a left end column in a matrix. Parameters such as time, processing methods and types of samples are displayed in an upper end row. The gene expression value data corresponding to each cell is displayed in a small matrix. The processing methods and the types of the samples of channels 1, 2 are displayed in rows and columns in the small matrix.
