PROVISION OF SAFE INPUT/OUTPUT TO RELIABLE AGENT IN SYSTEM HAVING HIGH SECURITY EXECUTION ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology offering security for a user input/output. SOLUTION: A first host operating system is used with a second high security operating system (nexus), and the first system offers at least a part of an infrastructure for the second system. A reliable UI engine includes a reliable input manager and a reliable output manager. The reliable input manager controls access to a reliable input and distributes a decoded input to the host operating system or an appropriate process executed on the nexus as necessary. The reliable output manager manages an output to a display device and allows a reliable agent inside the nexus to output display data without requiring the recognition of details depending on an output device.
