摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor of a simple structure and high detection accuracy capable of being used without a sense of discomfort by being installed on a bed, a wheelchair or the like in free detachment for detection of a prowl. SOLUTION: A sensor body made by overlapping two sheets of elastic plates 1, 2 equipped with printed wirings 6, 7 by conductive ink in an arrangement having a number of crossing points with a gap by pinching cushion materials 3 or the like at given places is covered with a cover with peripheral edge parts of an upper and a lower sheets 4, 5 welded, and is put under a futon as the load sensor. The sensor gets conductive by the elastic plates 1, 2 being deformed by an equal distribution load to have the printed wirings 6, 7 in contact and conductive with each other when a person lies on the futon, and the elastic plates 1, 2 return to a state with a gap before the deformation to have the printed wirings 6, 7 separated to get non-conductive, when a person gets off the futon. The load sensor is connected to a chime or the like with a setting in which it switches off at conduction of the upper and lower printed wirings 6, 7 and switches on at non-conduction.
