PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shield room system for business office which monitors all the time whether the performance of an electromagnetic shield room is maintained, and provides a means to confirm the performance by raising an alarm when the performance decreases. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a transmitting device that generates radio-frequency signals, a transmitting antenna that is provided in either inside or outside of an electromagnetic shield room and converts the input radio-frequency signals into electric waves, a receiving antenna that is provided on the other side of the electromagnetic shield room and receives the electric waves, a receiving device that obtains signal components in the radio-frequency signals as signals to be monitored from the received electric waves from the receiving antenna, and a monitor device that monitors the receiving levels of the receiving antenna using the signals to be monitored.
