PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of securing high heat insulating performance without a problem on the deformation of an door inner plate even when a vacuum heat insulating material is used on a wide area. SOLUTION: In this refrigerator comprising an urethane foam 10 and the vacuum heat insulating material 3 between a door outer plate 6 and the door inner plate 7, a plurality of projections 11 having a width of 10 mm or less and a height of 3 mm or less are formed on the door inner plate 7. Whereby the strength of the door inner plate 7 can be secured, and the deformation and the recessing in being pressed by a hand can be prevented. Further the refrigerator of high heat insulating performance can be achieved while preventing the deformation in appearance of a surface of the door inner plate 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
