PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which maintains workability and thermal decomposability and further has excellent heat-resistant adhesiveness and water-resistant adhesiveness, and to provide a urethane prepolymer used therefor. SOLUTION: This urethane prepolymer contains specific thermally dissociating groups (a) in an amount of 3 to 20 mol. % based on the total hydroxy groups of a polyol for forming the urethane prepolymer.
