PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which is used in such a state as to be blended with various external preparations, blinds skin unevenness or wrinkles to display a skin finely and brightly, thus exerting an effect of conditioning the skin beautifully. SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic comprises semispherical resin particles and/or bonded resin particles and an oil agent having a prescribed viscosity. When the cosmetic is brushed up against the skin, the spherical portions of resin particles are oriented outside. Accordingly, by using the cosmetic in such a state as contained in the external preparation, the continuous structure of convex lenses comprising the above spherical portions is formed on the skin and thus, effectively reflects and diffuses the light incident to the skin to condition the skin beautifully while blinding unevenness or wrinkles and displaying the skin finely and brightly.
