PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal transport apparatus which reduces the height of a game island, is easily maintained and checked, is advantageous in terms of cost by requiring a reduced number of components, controls the transport flow of game media, forcibly supplying the game media to a replenishment chute, and then, provides excellent efficiency in transporting the game media. SOLUTION: The horizontal transport apparatus supplies the game media to a game machine via the replenishment chute. The apparatus includes: a replenishment rail disposed on the game island, having a transport route; a plurality of rotary disks juxtaposed in the transport route; a plurality of guides arranged to face the rotary disks; and a device for driving the rotary disks. The game media supplied to the transport route are transported by the rotation of the rotary disks from an upstream to a downstream. Besides, the guides control the transport flow of the game media.
