The dynamo has an illumination element of fixed construction in the same housing as the dynamo without separate adjustment devices. Electrical devices for compensating for voltage fluctuations, especially for overvoltage protection, are incorporated in the device. No extra current tappings for additional illumination sources are available, or alternatively are provided for conventional cycle lighting.
