METHOD FOR PRODUCING POROUS STRUCTURE, ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND SYNTHETIC LEATHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous structure, by which a porous structure that is obtained by using an aqueous polyurethane water dispersion without using an organic solvent and has performances comparable with those of a porous structure obtained by using a wet solvent-based polyurethane is obtained and to obtain artificial leather and synthetic leather produced by the method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the porous structure comprises providing a substrate with a mixed solution containing (A) an aqueous polyurethane water dispersion, (B) a water dispersion of a urethane prepolymer-terminated isocyanate block containing 10-40 mass% of a constituent unit composed of a polyoxyethylene having 100-2,000 average molecular weight in a molecular skeleton and (C) a tertiary amine and drying the substrate by dry heat or drying after heating by wet heat.
