PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology whereby generation density of hillocks generated in an electrode can be reduced, in an electronic apparatus using an alloy as an electrode material and including a sealing process in its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus has one substrate having an electron source array to discharge an electron by impressing a voltage between both metals, the other substrate coated with a phosphor, and a frame member, and its inside is brought into a vacuum. Positioning marks are formed on the one substrate having the electron source array and on the other substrate coated with the phosphor, and the one substrate having the electron source array and the other substrate coated with the phosphor are positioned so that the positioning marks are matched.
