PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for an electric heater which can be surely supported by a heating element itself, has high heat dissipation efficiency, and can be manufactured more inexpensively. SOLUTION: In a configuration wherein the heating element (20) in which a meandering energization passage is formed by forming slits (21) alternately in a plate-like object is supported by an insulator (10), a part (23') left being projected from a circuit when forming slits (21) in the plate-like object is bent to form a leg part (23) for supporting in the insulator (10).
