摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration with which a display grade can be improved by using TFTs reduced in off-leak currents to respective pixels of an electrooptical device arranged with a number of the pixels in a matrix and electronic equipment equipped therewith. SOLUTION: In an EL display device 1, a transistor 30 for driving which consists of the TFT for supplying the current to be supplied to an EL element 20, a storage capacitor 40 which is connected to the gate of the transistor 30 for driving and the first TFT 50 which is connected in series to the storage capacitor 40 and controls the timing to write a data signal to the storage capacitor 40 are comprised in each pixel 11. With respect to the TFT 50, the gate bias of the transistor 30 for driving is stabilized by using the TFT of an asymmetric structure of a small channel width dimension on a source region side.
