PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate the rapidity of fitness of a cosmetic base and a tactual sense on an article. SOLUTION: A first elastic member 2 distorted by load and a second elastic member 4 distorted by friction force are provided between a base table 1 and a holding table 5 for holding, on a surface thereof, an object under evaluation such as an artificial skin coated with the cosmetic base, with the members used to simultaneously detect friction force in an x direction and load in a z direction, these being generated when the object under evaluation is rubbed.
