PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of realizing further compactness and lower power consumption, while efficiently achieving suction and delivery of fluid, and an opening and closing valve used for that. SOLUTION: Opening and closing valves 10 and 11 are respectively disposed on an inflow port 3 and an outflow port 4. The opening and closing valves 10 and 11 are composed to alternately open and close the inflow port 3 and the outflow port 4 as suction force or delivery force is added from the inside of a pump chamber based on pressure change in the pump chamber 2 in accordance with displacement of diaphragms 7 and 8.
