PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving working machine capable of improving traveling stability and revolving operability and capable of securing a habitable space, reducing a counter weight or unnecessitating the counter weight. SOLUTION: A revolving base 6 is provided to be revolvable around the vertical shaft on the travelling body 4. A travelling drive device 12 having an engine 13, a hydraulic pump 85, and a power transmission mechanism 14, a fuel tank 16, and a hydraulic oil tank 17, are provided in the travelling body 4 side. A driving seat 7 arranged in the rear part of the revolving base 6, an operation device 9 to the ground arranged in the forward side of the driving seat 7, and a control valve 56 in which hydraulic control valves 56a-56g controlling hydraulic devices equipped in the revolving working machine are collected are provided in the revolving base 6 side.
