PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road paving composition capable of carrying out construction work at a normal temperature, early revealing sufficient strength after the construction work and efficiently forming or repairing a paving body. SOLUTION: The composition containing a water dispersing body neutralizing resin (A) of 3 to 100 K0Hmg/g of acid value with a basic compound and a silane coupling agent having alkoxyl group of carbon numbers 1 to 5 and an amino group is used for forming a binder of aggregate in a pavement or a surface layer of the paving body. Plasticity is given by adding a thermoplastic resin (B) having glass transition temperature not higher than 0°C, for example, a styrene-butadience latex to the composition to increase abrasion and wear resistance. The road paving composition mixed with the aggregate is levelly paved on the roadbed or the paving surface, alternatively it is coated or spread on the surface of the paving to form a top-coat layer.
