PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacture of an inside coating segment for a shielding tunnel capable of having difficulty making slippage of the inside coating material in the case of placing concrete and being manufactured inexpensively without needing any large scaled device. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacture of the inside coating segment 30 by using a segment molding form 20 consisting of a form bottom slab 21 curving the upper surface in a circular arc-shape, form end plates 22 and 22 raised from the circumferential end section of the upper surface of the form bottom slab 21 and form side plates 23 and 23 raised from an axial end edge of the form bottom slab, placing the inside coating material 31 inside of the segment molding form 20 along the bottom, and in a method of manufacture of an inside coating segment 30 placing the concrete in the segment molding form 20 in such a state, the form side plate of the segment molding form 20 is made to pass through to horizontally insert fixed pins 27, 27..., the inside coating material 31 is fixed to the bottom of the segment molding form 20, and a concrete is placed in the segment molding from 20 in such a state.
