PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong lock device with high anti-theft effect without causing excessive increase of weight. SOLUTION: The strong lock device is provided with a handle bar 1 having an integral structure made to a C shape in viewing from an upper surface and having both ends of a rod-like handle forwardly bent and projected; and a rod-like lock bar 2 for closing an opened part of the C shape. The handle bar and the lock bar are integrated at locking and takes an annular structure with no break part. The handle bar is separated from a handle shaft 6 of a bicycle body. Thereby, a part of the bicycle is tightened to an external structure object such as a pillar similarly to a conventional ring-like wire lock to carry out locking. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
