PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shearing force acting on both anti-vibration rubber members 14 for use in supporting a part of a fly-wheel case in each of the anti-vibration rubbers and make a small-sized and lightweight running work machine in which an engine 5 is mounted at the front part of a running machine body 2 with its crank sahft 5a facing against a running direction of the machine, a transmission case 8 provided with a running transmission mechanism is mounted at the rear part of the running machine and in turn the engine is resiliently supported through the anti-vibration rubber members 13, 14 arranged at both right and left sides of a fly-wheel case fixed to the engine and further fixed to its rear side surface. SOLUTION: An output shaft 16 for a transmission case at an engine is arranged at a lower height position than those of both rear anti-vibration rubber members 14 supporting both right and left sides of a fly-wheel case.
