PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle structure which prevents any trouble such as swinging of operation handles, and has effects of preventing snatching and of easily handling a luggage. SOLUTION: In a bicycle which travels by rotating a crank by man power and has a second head 13 to rotatably support a front fork 5 between a first head 11 to turnably support the operation handles 2 and a saddle 8, link plates 15 and 15 are mounted on the outside diameter side of a first head rotating unit 12 and a second head rotating unit 14, the plates 15 and 15 are connected to each other by a rod 16, and the front fork 5 is also rotated in the same direction when the operation handles 2 are turned. A luggage basket 17 is fixed to pedestals 18 and 18 provided on a bicycle frame in a space surrounded by a rear side of the first head 11, an upper side of the second head 13 and a front side of the saddle 8.
