PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material having a pattern formed on its surface, having a gloss difference which is visually recognized as a recessed part, corresponding to the pattern and having an uneven feeling on its surface. SOLUTION: The decorative material has the low gloss pattern ink layer at least partially provided on a base material and the surface protective layer which is present on the low gloss pattern ink layer in a contact state to cover the whole surface containing a region where the low gloss pattern ink layer is formed and a region where the low gloss pattern ink layer is not formed of the base material. The surface protective layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition and a low gloss region recognized as a recessed part visually is formed in the surface protective layer at the part just above the low gloss pattern ink layer or in the vicinity thereof.
