PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-performance and small-sized structure capable of eliminating inconveniences occurring in a structure into which a worm mechanism is incorporated. SOLUTION: A first revolving mechanism 7, which has a function for rotating a revolving member 6 around a first horizontal shaftαto a second moving table 5, is provided between the second moving table 5 and the revolving member 6. A second revolving mechanism 19, which has a function for rotating a main spindle head 1 around a second shaft existing in the direction orthogonal to the first shaftαto the revolving member 6, is provided between the revolving member 6 and the main spindle head 1. A first globoidal cam 10 and a first electric motor, which constitute the first revolving mechanism 7, and a second globoidal cam 17 and a second electric motor 20, which constitute the second revolving mechanism 19, are arranged mutually to the opposite sides regarding the main spindle head 1.
