PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-discoloring fabric web sheet, and a discoloring toy set of setting the sheet and a water sticking means, capable of forming a sharp fluoroscopic image, and preventing supersaturate water from oozing out of a sheet back part by satisfying water resistance and folding-up resistant strength. SOLUTION: This water-discoloring fabric web sheet 1 is constituted by forming a porous layer 3 of fixing a particulate-like silicic acid and the other low refractive index pigment to a binder resin in a dispersion state, on a support 2 composed of a fabric web falling within a range of basis weight of 30 to 1,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>.
