PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for an endoscope forceps opening capable of surely positioning a treatment tool in a treatment tool channel, stepwise positioning according to need, and easily positioning and changing the position, and furthermore, preventing the loss of the constitutional member with a simple composition. SOLUTION: An adapter connecting member 10 is equipped with an opening groove 12 formed into the axis direction, in which a treatment tool 50 is put on and taken off, and an engaging groove 13 which is integrated with the opening groove, and the treatment tool integrated member 20 has a flexible long member 21 connecting to the adapter connecting member 10 and an engaging prong 22 for engaging to the engaging groove and closely fixing the treatment tool, and the treatment tool position changing member 30 is arranged to freely turn to the adapter connecting member and has a penetration groove 33 in which the treatment tool is put on and taken off, and an opening notch part 35 passing through the penetration groove, and the opening groove, the engaging groove, the penetration groove, and the opening cutout part are approximately aligned.
