PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously carry out operations from dough supply to crepe baking and crushing as a series of processes. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing crepe flakes is equipped with a heating drum 2, a dough coating nozzle 3 for supplying crepe dough 1A to the peripheral surface of the heating drum and coating the peripheral surface with the dough, a release means 5 for releasing a baked crepe in the middle of the rotation of the heating drum, a convey route 7 for conveying the released crepe in a flat state as it is through a cooling section A, a crush roll 8 that is arranged at the end of the conveying route, is furnished with a large number of unevennesses on the peripheral surface and crushes the cooled and solidified flat crepe, and a drive means for driving the heating drum and the crush roll, and continuously carries out operations from supply and baking of dough to cooling and crushing.
