摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture a membrane electrode junction 5a with a frame and to obtain a membrane electrode junction 5a with a frame in which positioning work and adhesion lamination work with a separator 7 are easy, and thereby to manufacture a fuel cell 10 having high generating performance continuously and at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode 4 is formed on an electrolyte membrane 1w of a belt shape and a membrane electrode laminate 5 is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction of the electrolyte membrane 1w of the belt shape. A frame 20 is adhered and laminated so as to cover the electrolyte membrane at the circumference of the membrane electrode laminate 5. By cutting the electrolyte membrane 1w of belt shape between the adjoining frames 20, the membrane electrode junction 5a with the frame in a batch is made.
