<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record additional information such as copy protection information on an information recording medium as encrypted data, and to provide the constitution of recording a cryptographic key of which analysis difficulty is promoted. <P>SOLUTION: In the constitution for encrypting and recording additional information such as copy protection information and further recording the cryptographic key together, a seed is generated on the basis of an error detection code (EDC) set correspondingly to the additional information as data processing corresponding to the cryptographic key data, scramble or bit position transformation processing to which random numbers generated on the basis of the seed are applied is executed, and the execution result is recorded in an information recording medium. Then the cryptographic key data are recorded as wobble data by using the additional information as pit information.
