PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting method capable of transmitting automatically and simply the transmission document of a same content but including individual data according to a transmission destination, and to provide an information processing apparatus for conducting the method. SOLUTION: According to the data transmitting method, a destination information for a transmission destination recorded currently on a destination information file is inserted into an insert position at a transmission file defined in a definition file.
