PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for an FIR (Finite Impulse Response) filter so as to extend a service area of a mobile terminal and a radio base station device to use a TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access) system of a time division multiplex system in particular with respect to a radio communication method to be used for mobile communication. SOLUTION: Delay time by the FIR filter used as a roll-off filter is reduced and communication is enabled without giving influences upon adjacent slots. Thus, it is possible to allocate the delay time reduced by using the FIR filter to increase delay time by an expanded propagation path and, even if the number of guard bits is small, the service area where communication is possible can be expanded.
