PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion adapter wherein a connection wire like a cable can be easily connected with a connecting terminal of a terminal block and the number of parts of terminal block can be reduced by providing a main body part provided with a connector and a socket and the terminal block attachably/detachably fitted to the socket. SOLUTION: This conversion adapter is provided with the main body part 2 provided with, for example, the connector 20 attachably/detachably fitted to a connection opening of a programmable display and the socket 22 having a terminal 22a electrically matched with a plurality of pins 20a of the connector 20, and the terminal block 3 having the connecting terminal 3a electrically matched with the terminal 22a of the socket 22.
