PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin depositing/dispensing device capable of smoothly conveying a coin even when forming a conveying path face in an acute-angled folding-back shape for the purpose of miniaturization or the like. SOLUTION: This coin depositing/dispensing device has: a first conveying means 21 having a belt conveyor 26 conveying the coin with the coin placed on the upper side; a second conveying means 22 having transferring belts 58, 59 conveying the coin along the conveying path face 48 while pressing the coin onto the conveying path face 48 from above. The first conveying means 21 and the second conveying means 22 are connected to each other such that both the conveying means 21, 22 make an acute angle to each other, and the coin is delivered from the first conveying means 21 to the second conveying means 22 in an acute-angled connection part 46.
