发明名称 ENDURANCE TEST METHOD OF LAMINATED BODY OF RESIN FILM AND RUBBER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endurance test of a laminated body of a resin film and rubber capable of reducing the temperature of a specimen by providing a prescribed stop time in the interval of expansion and contraction operations, thereby performing a fatigue durability test always at a constant temperature, accelerating the fatigue resultantly, and evaluating efficiently the fatigue durability. SOLUTION: This method has a constitution wherein a heating/cooling device 3 and a temperature sensor 4 are installed in a thermostatic bath 2, to thereby enable to control at an optional set temperature by a temperature control device 5. Clamping means 6a, 6b for clamping both ends in the longitudinal direction of the specimen W are disposed on opposite inner wall surfaces in the thermostatic bath 2, and the clamping means 6a, 6b have respectively a movable formation wherein one side is fixed and the other side is movable in the vertical direction. In this execution form, the clamping means 6a on the upper side is fixed, and the clamping means 6b on the lower side is movable to be connected to an actuator 7 such as a cylinder. The actuator 7 is connected to a driving control devise 8, and can control a vertical movement of the clamping means 6b and the stop time by a program set beforehand. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
