PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix oxygen by utilizing a reheating pipe of a water heater regardless of an installation state of a bathtub. SOLUTION: In this oxygen enrichment water heater, an oxygen enrichment film 21 for selectively separating oxygen from the air taken from an air inlet port and an air supply fan 23 for supplying the air to the oxygen enrichment film 21 are integrally assembled in an accommodating case 24 having a sealed structure between the air inlet port and an air outlet port, a vacuum pump 22 for applying the negative pressure to the permeating air is connected with the oxygen enrichment film 21 to constitute an oxygen enrichment device, and the oxygen enrichment device 25 is integrally assembled in the water heater 8 having a reheating circuit 18 for circulating the bathtub water and a heating means 10 for heating the bathtub water, and provided with an oxygen supply port 27a for mixing the oxygen supplied from the vacuum pump 22 to the reheating circuit 18.
