PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive turbofan capable of efficiently cooling an electric motor without disturbing stream of air discharged from the turbofan. SOLUTION: A support piece 7 supporting a wall part 4 is provided in a ventilation hole 3 provided on a wall 2 covering the electric motor 17 of the turbofan 1, and an open part 6 is provided in the direction toward a main plate 5 so that air cooling the electric motor flows out of the ventilation hole 3, flows out of the open part 6 while hitting on the wall part 4, and flows onto a main plate 5 side to provide the inexpensive turbofan necessitating no hub cover and tapping screw.
