摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design an ocean structure capable of providing excellent balance between the saving of expenses based on a reduction in the volume of resources and stability and friendly to the ground by saving waste in the calculation of stability and calculating the minimum section (to reduce the weight of a structure body) when a fishing port and a harbor facility are constructed on a soft ground. SOLUTION: Bottom board blocks are installed between a riprap mound and the structure body, and an "upper structure body" and a "base including the lower bottom board blocks" are separated through the upper surface of the bottom board blocks in a stability calculation so as to determine the minimum section of the structure. Also, a shearing resistance equivalent to the amount of static coefficient of friction is given to the upper dowels of the bottom board blocks and square lumps (concrete blocks) to reduce the weight of the structure body. In addition, a load is efficiently distributed by the bottom board blocks to reduce a burden on the base so as to balance the general stability in the cross section and reduce costs.
