PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for packaging which is capable of easily and surely sealing an article to be packaged by heat sealing after the article to be packaged is stored, has good opening properties, hardly generates a pinhole or the like by a sharp part even when the article to be packaged with the sharp part is stored, has good suction in a vacuum packaging after the article to be packaged is stored, and has a good adhesion with the article to be packaged. SOLUTION: The bag for packaging is provided with an inner bag which has heat sealing properties on its inner face and outer face and has a lateral width with the same width as an outer bag and a longitudinal width being shorter than that of the outer bag 3 in the outer bag 2 which has heat sealing properties on its inner face. The opening end edge of the inner bag is set at a specified position below the opening end edge of the outer bag, and the outer face of the inner bag and the inner face of the outer bag are heat-sealed over the whole width direction along the opening end edge of the inner bag. On both side parts, at a position where the inner bag exists, the inner faces facing each other of the inner bag, and the outer face of the inner bag and the inner face of the outer bag are heat-sealed.
