PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing lid for a resin wide-mouthed bottle, which shows superior sealability and barrier property under a high-temperature filling process, has excellent unsealability, and is handy. SOLUTION: According to the sealing lid, an inner ring (114), which sticks closely to the interior of the peripheral wall of the mouth (22) of the wide-mouthed bottle, is formed near the underside periphery of a top board (111) to extend downward there. A contact ring (115), which sticks closely to the top face of the mouth edge (24) of the wide-mouthed bottle, is formed on the top board (111) to project downward from there between the outside of the inner ring of the top board (111) and the inside of a lid peripheral wall (112). Between the contact ring (115) and the peripheral wall (112), a projecting rib (116) is formed. A band (14) is formed on the edge of the peripheral wall (112), and is engaged with a pole (25) formed on the outside of the mouth peripheral wall of the bottle via a bridge (13).
