PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box that prevents a holding film from being torn due to slight impact exerted on the packing box even if the holding film that is not strong is used, the packing box being used by holding an article with two film frames between which the holding film is stretched. SOLUTION: The packing box 10 includes cushioning materials 12. The cushioning materials 12 are disposed within an outer box 20. The cushioning materials 12 have plate-like cushioning parts 12a. With a space left between the holding film 11a and the internal face 20a of the outer box 20, each cushioning part 12a is located on the back 11a2 of the holding film 11a of at least one of the two film frames 11. An article T is sandwiched between the two film frames 11. However, the thickness of the article T is greater than the space left between the surfaces 11a1 of the two holding films 11a.
