PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a baby carriage staying no atmosphere imparting incomfortability and capable of retaining to an atmosphere, temperature and humidity suitable for growth and health of infants. SOLUTION: Ventilation is carried out by opening a part of closing sheets 4, 4 mounted to the state where the approximately whole surface of meshes 3d, 3d formed on the whole surface of both side parts of the cover 1 for the baby carriage is closed or opening the approximately whole of it. Air at the inside of the cover 1 for the baby carriage and external fresh air are ventilated through a part of the meshes 3d, 3d or the approximately whole of it. It is inhibited that the atmosphere imparting incomfortability to the infants such as wind/rain and snow, exhaust gas, moisture and bad odor is intruded by closing the approximately whole of the meshes 3d, 3d with closing sheets 4, 4.
