PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand operation box of arc welding power unit, the box that can accurately set data and that can be combined with an arc welding power unit receiving the set data in analog signals. SOLUTION: A welding current value I and a welding voltage value V are set in digital value by encoders 12, 13. Then, the digitized set values are converted to analog values by D/A converters 16, 17 and outputted to the output terminal 1 connected to an arc welding power unit. In this case, such structure is more effective that a CPU 11 and a storage device are installed and a plurality of set values are stored so as to be discriminated from one another.
