PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleanser composition having sufficient cleansing performance at low temperatures and enabling repeated cleansing at low temperatures in cleansing hard surfaces. SOLUTION: This hard surface cleanser composition comprises (A) a glyceryl ether of the formula(I):R<SP>1</SP>OCH<SB>2</SB>-CH(OH)-CH<SB>2</SB>OH( wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is a 6-11C alkyl, or the like ), (B) a nonionic surfactant of the formula(II):R<SP>2</SP>O-(EO)<SB>x</SB>-(PO)<SB>y</SB>-(EO)<SB>z</SB>-H [ wherein, R<SP>2</SP>is an 8-18C alkyl, or the like; EO is an oxyethylene group; PO is an oxypropylene group; (x+z)=6-30; and (y) meets the relationship:0≤y<(x+z) ] and (C) an alkaline agent, wherein the weight ratio A/B is 0.1-10. A hard surface cleanser kit comprising the components(A) and (B) in the weight ratio A/B of 0.1-10 and to be used together with the component(C) is also provided.
