<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply attain high speed while efficiently rotating a multi-shaft by the power of one motor, to make the whole in compact manner and to facilitate assembling. <P>SOLUTION: This power switching system 1 includes first and second power switching modules 2, 3 staked in the axial direction and having the same construction. At the time, the respective input shafts 6 of the power switching means 2, 3 are passed through the respective housings 5 and the respective output shafts 10, both input shafts 6 are connected to integrally rotate in the axial direction, and one input shaft 6 is connected to a motor 476. When a multi-disk clutch 7 of the first power switching module 2 is connected and the brake operation of a multi-disk brake 8 is released in the state of rotating both input shafts 6 with the motor 47, the rotation of the input shaft 6 is transmitted to the output shaft 7 to rotate the output shaft 7.
