<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical base material which enables the easy production of medical conduits, prevents the adhesion of air bubbles to the inner wall surfaces, enables the easy separation/removal of the air bubbles when the air bubbles adheres thereto, and is most suitable for forming medical conduits. <P>SOLUTION: The medical base material is constituted to contain a polyoxyethylene alkyl-ether type nonionic surfactant of 0.01 to 3.0 pts.wt to a resin of 100 pts.wt which is constituted of synthetic polymers.
