PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide floor heating facilities capable of achieving the comfortable heating effect and realizing the temperature barrier free of a floor surface temperature of a heated space, in the floor heating facilities comprising a floor heating panel 3 provided with heat medium circulation pipes 1, 2 for circulating a heat medium, and a means X for controlling the supply of the heat medium by setting a target duty ratio with respect to a supply duty ratio for supplying the heating medium to the floor heating panel 3 with a configuration to adjust the supply duty ratio on the basis of a target supply duty ratio. SOLUTION: In this floor heating facilities, the floor heating panel 3 is composed of a main panel 3a for a central part and a sub-panel 3b for a peripheral part of the main panel 3a, and the means X controls the supply of the heat medium with a configuration to set each target supply duty ratio to keep the relationship that the main target supply duty ratio on the main panel 3a is larger than the sub-target supply duty ratio on the sub-panel 3b.
