PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize lightening along with ventilation. SOLUTION: This ventilation fan 10 comprises a hub 22 and a plurality of blades 25 provided on the hub 22. It is provided for a building. The plurality of blades 25 are rotated with the rotation of the hub 22 to promote the distribution of air between the inside and the outside of the building. The hub 22 and the blades are light-transmissive. A motor 40 for rotating the hub 22 is arranged where it is not overlapped with the hub 22 and the blades 25.
