PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase oxygen concentration of exhaust gas and suppress generation of drain water to prevent its scattering. SOLUTION: A secondary air introduction port 37 and secondary air introduction plates 38a, 38b are provided in a barrel part 32 of an exhaust gas top 30. Since a part in the vicinity of the secondary air introduction port 37 has negative pressure by the secondary air introduction plate 38b when exhaust gas circulates in the barrel part 32 of the exhaust gas top 30, secondary air is introduced into exhaust gas by natural suction, and condensation of water included in the exhaust gas is reduced. Since the secondary air introduction port 37 and the secondary air introduction plates are provided below a waterproofing plate 41 and on the barrel part 32 positioned in a case body 23, there is no possibility that rain water intrudes into the barrel part 32 through the secondary air introduction port 37. It is desirable that the secondary air introduction port 37 is provided on an exhaust gas inlet side of the barrel part 32 as near as possible, namely, at a position close to a lower end part 32a.
