PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which allow selection of contents and a setting method of image processing in accordance with user's needs and can drastically reduce unnecessary load, etc. for a user. SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by the image processing system which has; a setting means of image processing; an operation means to perform the image processing according to the image processing set up by the setting means; and a connecting means to connect the setting means and the operation means; and in which the setting means and the operation means have mutually independent structures, and the setting means sets up image processing according to input instruction, creates procedure data showing this image processing, makes it correspond to the image data to supply to the operation means, and performs processing in accordance with the procedure data.
